assalamualaikum, with the name of allah, i have some time to write somethings that are related with business society. in the beutiful night, we gathered around edu building. actually we had dinner.(BBQ). for me, i so sad because it is the last time that i as a ass head bureau business. in addition, from the bottom of my heart, i'm so happy because i not have to do work with someone that hurting my heart. firstly, i apologies to everyone that direct or indirectly involve in this bureau, doing work with me, helping me to solve some problems. i know, i'm not a perfect person compared to others.
however, some people said that holding as a ass head will develop your soft kill. it is true because of communication. you should know on how to communicate with others, give some instruction and work together with people below you. it is crucial to realize that good relationship with head also importance. i try HARDER on how to communicate with head business bureau. yes, i know as ass head, i always make mistake but please don't blame on me. moreover, people should not to be more egoistic. it is true that boys have a sense of ego. it is relate with manners. people should know that having a sense of humility is needed in themselves. i apologies to the observer for this bureau, i can interact with head only for 3 months. to recapitulate,in job world, top managers should have a good manners in order to guide people on middle managers and supervisors . as a result, they will give a full of respect and work comfortably with you.
